Gabby is the driving force behind Genovations, leading the company with a hands-on, all-in approach. She is constantly creating opportunities for growth and finding new ways to connect with and support clients. With a strong background in accounting and business operations, Gabby is passionate about building systems that not only keep organizations compliant, but position them for long-term growth. Where others might get stuck, she leans in, pivots, and keeps moving forward. Gabby works closely with business owners and leadership teams, serving not just as an accountant, but as a strategic partner. When she does take time away from work, she’s at an NSC game or gardening. She has never traveled west of the Mississippi but welcomes any opportunity to go and if she could, would go skydiving regularly.
Danielle Pennington, Office Manager
Danielle is a driven and detail-oriented professional who has become a seamless fit within the Genovations team as the Office Manager. She approaches her work with a high level of responsibility and a genuine desire to learn and grow, making her a reliable and trusted part of the team. Danielle also brings a positive, collaborative energy, building strong working relationships across both staff and clients. In her role as Office Manager, Danielle oversees day-to-day office operations, coordinates internal processes, and supports both client communication and team organization. She plays a key role in keeping workflows structured, ensuring accountability, and helping the entire team operate smoothly and effectively.
Michelle Fontaine, Admin & Tax Support + Social Media Specialist
Michelle specializes in tax preparation and client support, helping individuals and families navigate their finances with clarity, confidence, and a lot less stress. She has a sharp eye for detail and a thoughtful, no-rush approach that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks while still keeping the process easy to understand. Michelle works closely with clients while also supporting our online presence and communications behind the scenes. She's a mom of five, so life is a mix of schedules, moving parts, and keeping everything running smoothly most of the time. In the free time she can find, she enjoys reading and trying new places to eat with her family.

Michelle serves as a Lead Staff Accountant at Genovations and is a true pillar of strength within the team. She is known for her reliability, consistency, and commitment to serving clients with excellence, serving as a steady point of contact for our clients. In her role, Michelle supports client accounts through detailed financial management, reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping, helping businesses stay organized, informed, and on track. Outside of work, she enjoys running, vacations to the beach with family, puzzles, and is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.
Ty Benoit, Staff Accountant
Ty is the most flexible member of the Genovations team, known for his adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate a wide range of challenges. As a Staff Accountant, Ty enjoys analyzing previous tax returns for potential problems and helping clients maximize deductions. In his role, Ty supports both operational and accounting functions, helping streamline internal processes and ensure clients receive timely and effective service. He is also a Buffalo Bills fan and thoroughly enjoys Indie Rock.
