Whether you’re starting a business or want to make sure everything is set up correctly, this session is designed to give you clarity and help you move forward with confidence. Before our call, our team will review the information you provide so we come prepared with a clear understanding of your situation. This allows us to use our time efficiently and focus on exactly what your business needs. During this 1-hour session, we will walk through your business structure, required registrations, licenses, and tax obligations specific to Tennessee. This is not just a general consultation—we actively guide you through the process and begin setting things up with you in real time where possible. During this session, we can help you: * Identify which registrations and accounts your business actually needs * Review or correct existing setups to ensure compliance * Walk through state and local tax requirements * Assist with setting up key accounts (sales tax, franchise & excise, etc.) * Provide clear next steps so nothing falls through the cracks Many business owners don’t realize that missing or incorrect registrations can lead to penalties, back taxes, and unnecessary costs down the line.
