Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund. Each session includes time spent reviewing your information and preparing in advance, so we appreciate your consideration in honoring scheduled times. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible.
